My Plant Spirit Essences are lovingly handmade in my little apothecary garden here in the wild, windswept beauty of the Peak District.
Each essence is born from a living, loving relationship, a quiet, symbiotic companionship between myself and the plant spirits who grow beside me. I don’t just gather petals; I listen. I sit with the plants as the sun rises, as the wind shifts, as the land breathes.
These essences are co-created with reverence, ceremony, and gratitude, woven from Earth, water, and the unseen realms where these gentle allies whisper their medicine.
