For Energetic Protection, Ancestral Healing & Reclaiming Lost Power
This Essence is made from one of the magnificent wild ferns growing here in my garden sanctuary.
As I sat with Fern, I was shown the ancient memory of protection — like a cloak woven by nature herself. Sitting with Fern is like a journey to the land before time. It offers a deeply grounding, stabilising energy — reconnecting us to Earth wisdom and ancestral strength.
It is believed Fern can assist with:
✨ Repatterning trauma held in the energy body
✨ Clearing fear-based conditioning
✨ Strengthening personal boundaries
✨ Feeling safe in your body and space
✨ Reclaiming lost or fragmented parts of the self
✨ Energetic protection for empaths & sensitives
✨ Clearing ancestral trauma
✨ Deepening connection with Ancestors for wisdom and guidance
A powerful ally for those working through fear, disconnection, inherited patterns, or needing spiritual shielding and grounded presence.
Ritual Suggestion
Sit in quiet reflection with Fern Essence. Call in your Ancestors and ask for their presence, healing, and guidance. Visualise roots growing from your body into the Earth, grounding you in ancient wisdom. Feel yourself wrapped in Fern’s protective cloak. Listen for the whispers of those who walked before you.
