Promise Beneath the Snow
Flower Essence Blend
Promise Beneath the Snow is a gentle flower essence blend created for times of grief, emotional winter, and quiet waiting, when life feels frozen on the surface, yet something within is still alive and waiting to become.
Handmade with care from flowers in my Apothecary garden in the Peak District, this blend brings together three early-flowering allies that speak of hope without rushing.
Snowdrop offers tender support through grief and loss, reminding us that life continues beneath the coldest ground.
Pink Rose soothes and protects the heart, encouraging self-compassion and emotional safety when feelings are raw or tender.
Daffodil carries the returning light — a subtle lifting of the spirit, gently awakening optimism, renewal, and joy after darkness.
This essence does not ask you to hurry healing. It honours where you are, while quietly holding the promise of what is yet to come.

How to use
Take 4 drops under the tongue or in water, 2–4 times daily, or as intuitively guided. May be used in ritual, prayer, journaling, or alongside healing work.
Ritual :
You will need:
Promise Beneath the Snow
A candle (white or soft pink if you wish)
Ritual:
Light your candle and sit quietly.
Place one hand over your heart, the other on the bottle.
Take 4 drops of the essence.
Close your eyes and imagine the earth in late winter — still, cold, and resting. Beneath the soil, feel the slow, steady stirring of life.
Breathe gently, allowing yourself to rest in the knowing that you do not need to be ready yet.
Sit for as long as feels comfortable.
Affirmation:
Even in stillness,
even in sorrow,
there is a promise beneath the snow.
I trust the quiet work of healing.
In my own time, I will bloom.
